The curriculum
of the college is organized to achieve our six goals
as below :

Our curriculum is arranged so that students will study
subjects step by step each year based on the four conceptual
pillars of Internationalism, Humanity, Environment and
Health with the common base of Nursing. The subjects
together will lead students to a higher level in nursing.
The courses are divided into four areas :
- Liberal Arts, to study basic of character
building and general subjects
- Basic Seminars, to raise awareness
of issues and obtain ability to seek solutions academically
before moving on to special subjects
- Basics of Special Subjects, such
as health care, medical care and welfare, to build
a foundation for practices of nursing
- and Special Subjects, to study, practice
and research nursing
Besides the Basic Seminars, which are our unique method,
we provide distinctive courses such as those characteristic
of our internationalism (International Development, International
Health, Primary Health Care, International Regional Characteristics
and Epidemiology, International Nursing I & II, Nursing
English, etc) and those based on the principles of the
Red Cross (Introduction to the Red Cross, Disaster Nursing,
Red Cross First Aid, etc). |
